Business Development Executive

Native Languages: GERMAN, FRENCH, POLISH, TURKISH OR BRAZILIAN (PORTUGUESE) with fluency in English

KeywordFluency is seeking several driven Business Development Executives who are specialised in Digital Marketing to aid its Global Expansion. Based in its new office in Barcelona, your role as a Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in helping KeywordFluency achieve its ambitious growth model within this fast paced Industry. Liaising with the Regional Agency Development Manager, you will receive full support and training needed to fully succeed in this role.

KeywordFluency is a new and rapidly expanding International Digital Marketing agency, with a dynamic and ever evolving range of services, suited to agencies of all shapes and sizes. This role requires the most outstanding, ambitious sales candidate with relevant industry experience to apply.

Key Accountabilities

• Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients proactively
• Responding to sales enquiries from new and existing clients
• Maintaining contact existing clients in order to determine their needs and propose service recommendations
• Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, clients sites and exhibitions
• Meeting annual sales goals and targets
• Producing monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the organisation
• Ensuring project briefs are uploaded into the internal project management system: Global Central
• Liaise regularly with the operations team to ensure project details are collected and work is delivered to client specifications and within the  agreed deadlines
• Identify opportunities for development and enhancement of existing products.
• Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales
• Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities
• Ensuring services are regularly updated within the company internal project management system Global Central

• Fantastic proposal writer
• Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
• Excellent negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers

• Able to communicate complicated technical specifications, with impeccable presentation skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken skills in English
• Flexibility to adapt to business requirements
• Excellent eye for detail
• Flexibility to adapt to client's requests
• Willing to travel nationwide on frequent basis
• Advanced Word/Excel/MS Office Skills

• Degree in any discipline
• Previous lead database experience
• Background in online/digital marketing and sales experience in this discipline

PPC Project Manager

The purpose of the role is to manage the PPC projects, reporting to the Operations Manager, ensuring timely delivery of high quality international search engine marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising regularly with the external and internal Account Managers in order to fulfil the demands in PPC projects.
• Coordinating and prioritising between PPC projects to ensure they are carried out within the deadlines.
• Working closely with the Resourcing Specialist and Operations Manager in order to allocate PPC tasks to team members.
• Training staff on PPC processes (Keyword Research, Ad Creations. SQRs, etc).
• Reviewing PPC projects carried out by other KeywordFluency staff members to maintain high standard of work and ensure we deliver first class PPC services.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

• Good knowledge of PPC processes.
• Ability to co-ordinate a wide range of tasks within their project scope.
• Advanced Word/Excel/MS Office Skills
• Understanding client needs and translating into operational processes.
• Ability to prioritise effectively between different projects.
• Ability to train, schedule work and supervise other team members.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to business requirements and client requests

Desirable

• Degree in any discipline.
• Working experience of different keyword research tools.
• A linguistic background

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Strategist

The SEO Strategist will liaise with the Account Management team or the client to ensure that the correct products/services are identified to meet the clients' needs and objectives and with the Search Linguistics team to ensure the delivery of quality work in the required local language.


Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring on time delivery & quality of all SEO work undertaken to meet business & client objectives
• Co-ordinating the operational workflow with the Search Linguistics team
• Enabling smooth transitions of new business & involvement with the kick off process
• Identify further opportunities to expand the services offered, maintaining a commercial focus at all times

Key Skills & Experience


• Awareness of on/off page Search Engine Optimisation Techniques
• Knowledge and understanding of analytics systems, keyword research tools & content management systems
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload under pressure
• Excellent critical reasoning skills
• The ability to observe situations, and solve problems using lateral thinking
• Fast and accurate computer skills
• Strong IT background

Account Manager

This is a new role due to business expansion, to assist in providing cutting edge international search engine marketing campaigns, ensuring clients are satisfied with the service they receive & results they achieve

You will work closely with internal consultants and managers to implement, monitor, optimise and report on these campaigns, as well as help build and develop new client accounts & relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring an understanding of the Client's brief - planning & documenting progress of their projects
• Leading & coordinating regular Client meetings
• Overall management of relationships with key clients
• Monitoring & reporting performance of campaigns internally and to the client
• Assisting in the development of search marketing proposals & quotations

• Experienced in Client Relationship Management
• A strong communicator with impeccable presentation skills
• Advanced Excel/MS Office Skills
• Working to tight deadlines
• Highly organised with a track record of successfully managing projects; meeting deadlines and
  keeping within budget
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and tactical planning


Desirable
• Working knowledge of various web analytics/reporting solutions
• Previous experience of executing search marketing campaigns
• Understanding of the international search landscape would be advantageous
